Frios of North Texas offers gourmet popsicle catering, deliveries, and event services throughout the North Texas area. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment
Event bookings may require a minimum order and deposit at the time of scheduling. Payment terms and pricing are displayed during booking. All invoices must be paid in full before service is rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit or payment.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to ensure that your event location allows safe vehicle or cart access if applicable.

6. SMS/MMS Communication
By providing your phone number to Frios of North Texas, you agree to receive text messages related to your booking, delivery, or other service updates. With your consent, you may also receive promotional messages about our products or events. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, emailing [email protected], or calling (469) 358-4228. Reply HELP for help.

We are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Use of Website
All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by Frios of North Texas. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
