Do your pops contain dairy or other allergens?
At Frios, we want everyone to be able to enjoy, so we have options for just about any dietary restriction you will encounter. We have pop flavors that are dairy-free, gluten-free, dye-free, nut-free, low sugar, etc! We’re always happy to provide ingredient info to help you choose the right treats for your guests. What areas does FriosNTX serve?
We serve a large portion of North Texas, including Denton, Corinth, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Argyle, Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and Keller.
If you are not within our service area, don't worry, you can still enjoy Frios Gourmet Pops! Reach out to us and we can tell you who your local franchisee is. We have a great group of franchisees serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. You can also Click Here to go to the main Frios page and search for your local franchisee.
How far in advance should I book my event?
As early as possible! We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for best availability—especially during spring and summer months. But if you’re on a tight timeline, still reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Can I choose the flavors for pops at my event?
Absolutely! We’ll send you our available flavor list, and you can pick your favorites. The number of flavors depends on the service type—Pop Drops, Carts, and the Sweet Ride each have different flavor limits.
If you are booking our 'Tie-Dyed Sweet Ride', we keep it stocked with a variety of our most popular flavors as well as current seasonal offerings. If you have a flavor you would like to change out or add, just let us know!
What is the “Tie-Dyed Sweet Ride”?
The 'Tie-Dyed Sweet Ride' is our colorful Frios Gourmet Pop van that brings the party to you! We park, serve your guests straight from the van, and handle everything so you can enjoy your event stress-free. It’s our most popular option for birthdays, school events, and neighborhood parties!
Do you offer options for fundraisers or school events?
Yes we do! We love working with schools, teams, and nonprofits. We offer several flexible fundraising programs. Contact us to chat about your goals—we’d love to help!
What are “Sponsored Events” and how do they work?
Sponsored Events are a fun and meaningful way for individuals, businesses, or organizations to treat a group to Frios Pops! Whether you're looking to support a neighborhood block party, school event, or community celebration, we make it easy. The sponsor covers the cost of the pops, and we handle the rest—from delivery to serving. We can also include optional signage, branded cards or tags, and even give your business a shoutout at the event to let everyone know who made the sweet moment possible!
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, as well as electronic payments via Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. In other words, we accept money almost any way you want to give it to us!
